After 6 months of twice weekly sessions, I can now say i'm in the best shape of my life, not only at the lowest weight I've ever been (22 pounds lighter) but I'm also more confident, stronger and fitter than I've ever felt before.
Great PT's who have helped educate me in exercise, training with correct form and nutrition. Constantly pushing me to help me achieve my full potential.
We each had differing levels of fitness but this was catered for perfectly. Each weeks’ circuit comprised a number of different functional activities. All the stations were thoroughly explained with the benefits of each move made clear. The exercises could all be modified depending on the person’s fitness levels.
