Welcome to Unique U PFC’s online fitness programming, bringing you bespoke, tailored programs to achieve your goals.
Our online fitness coaching system is aimed at anyone, but especially those who cannot make it to our HQ, however still want to access our fitness knowledge and array of expertise.
After going through an online screening which will include a PAR-Q (medical form) and needs analysis, you will receive a carefully constructed program designed to meet your goals. Once completed each program is designed on a 6-week format with clear exercises, repetitions, sets, and exercise comments. With our expert knowledge we will compile the best program deemed appropriate for your unique characteristics and requirements.
We aim to leave no margin for error. You must be focused, disciplined and have a will to succeed. Please remember that we will not be in front of you in the gym so you need to be dedicated.
Eating is 70% of your fitness goal-we will send you our very own Nutrition E guide, which will cover basic aspects of healthy eating. The guide will give you an insight into vital food categories and sections within the guide will cover food application to your specific goal. The goals included in the guide are: eating for fat loss, weight management and weight gain. Food is a vital component of exercise programming. Nutrition and exercise work hand in hand. If both variables are at a high standard, your results will be too!
You can have all of this for a subscription fee of just £9.99 per month.
