Established July 2013, Unique U Personal Fitness Coaching implements a bespoke fitness service providing instruction & coaching tailored to yoU.

 

Working with a variety of different people, our clients range from teenagers right the way up to senior citizens.

At Unique U, we focus on the highest quality of training, whilst incorporating a detailed nutritional plan to assure you achieve the best possible outcome throughout your journey, whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, strength or sports performance.

Personal Training - a customised workout tailored specifically to your goal as well as your current fitness level. We maintain a professional 1-1 approach in a private setting allowing us to ensure the greatest possible results. In your personal training experience, you will be carefully coached, instructed & will be also be provided with the necessary tools to re-create your body shape, develop performance and more.

 

Each training session is undertaken by one of our trainers who boast a wealth of experience and demonstrate an exceptional degree of knowledge and general fitness. Not only will you receive a high quality workout, you will be educated and nurtured to have the capabilities to train in comfort and confidence in any environment.

BOXING COACHING

Boxing is one of the most physically demanding sports today. Our expert Senior ABA (Amateur Boxing Association) coach Dan has trained, competed and achieved on a national stage.

 

Learning to box is an art to be mastered, and our boxing courses will ensure you develop your skills and understanding. No matter what experience level you are at, whether you are new to the sport or an experienced boxer – we have something to offer you.

Are you one of many people who have a gym membership and fail to get the results you want?

A 6 week progressive program is also carefully adapted to your needs and fitness environment. Constant communication between client and trainer allows us to change variables where necessary, to ensure motivation and results remain high.

 

Clueless on what to eat to achieve the body your looking for?

Our system allows us to provide the nutritional guidance specifically tailored to your goal & body type. We provide an accurate macronutrient break down, applying a caloric deficit or surplus depending on your training goal.

 

Would you like a personal trainer but can’t afford it?

Our online fitness coaching model bridges the gap between training on your own and having a personal trainer. This can be done to work alongside your current gym membership no matter where you train.

 

Is the gym a total waste of money because you’re not sure what you’re supposed to be doing?

Also, with Option 1 we offer a 1 hour drop in personal training session. This gives you the chance to meet with the trainer once a month. Within this session you will go through a workout to give you that extra push each month, not to mention you will be able to ask questions regarding your online programme and be able to gain extra guidance on training and nutrition.

Unique U set up an eight week ‘boot camp’ style training course for me and 9 work colleagues. Before the course started CJ and Dan came to meet up with us all and established our previous exercise history and training goals for the next 2 months.

 

We each had differing levels of fitness but this was catered for perfectly. Each weeks’ circuit comprised a number of different functional activities. All the stations were throughly explained with the benefits of each move made clear. The exercises could all be modified depending on the person’s fitness levels. The structure of each week’s session allowed for an adequate, body weight exercises, the circuit and then stretches to finish. Again, every aspect of the training was tailored to each person.

 

Working in the small group meant that we were monitored during our exercises to make sure we were working correctly.
